1. What We Process

When you use ReplyWise, the message text you submit is sent to our AI processing provider (Moonshot AI, api.moonshot.cn) for the purpose of analysis and rewriting. This is a transient, real-time operation — the message is processed and the result is returned to you.

2. AI Processing Provider

ReplyWise uses Moonshot AI as its AI processing provider. Messages are transmitted toapi.moonshot.cn over TLS-encrypted connections. Moonshot AI processes the message transiently to generate the analysis response. We do not have visibility into Moonshot AI's internal data handling practices or retention policies. 3. Zero Data Retention by ReplyWise

ReplyWise does not store, log, or retain your message content on our own servers or infrastructure. We process messages in memory and do not write them to disk. No request logging for analysis operations includes message content.

4. No Third-Party Sharing

We do not use analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or tracking pixels. Vercel Analytics (privacy-first, no cookies) is used for basic traffic metrics only.

5. Security

TLS 1.3 everywhere. Auto-clear textarea after 15 minutes of inactivity.

6. Your Rights

Under the GDPR and applicable privacy laws, you have the right to:

• Access — Request information about what data we hold about you.
• Deletion — Request deletion of your account and any associated data.
• Portability — Request a copy of your data in a machine-readable format.
